Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item(s), please contact our customer service team at contact@wasted.mu or our online chat to obtain a return authorization.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the discounted price.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@loadstudios.io with details of the defect or damage.
